Featuring a playful brilliant blue exterior with a modern rotated concrete block architectural facade. The structure consists of accessible washroom facilities and provides amenities like a public drinking fountain. The building offers highly durable finishes, tamper resistant construction products, touch free access and egress, and maintenance storage. Natural daylighting provides an airy interior feel amidst the warm natural wood tones of the exposed interior structure while reducing energy costs. Large hand painted signage assists with ease of use. With the addition of features like RCABC roofing and extreme paint durability, the construction of this small but tough building will ensure longevity of service to park patrons.
